This is a good supplement to add to any workout.

I saw something similar to this in a cheap looking plastic and it was more expensive. This is made from a nice smoothly finished wood. The lowest tension is hard for me and there are different bands included that are even harder. They are very portable and can be used anywhere. Hoping to work up to the harder levels.

It works. The bands just falloff though. A little loose.

This is a nicely made item from wood instead of plastic and has the indentions for a better grip than the smooth plastic of the Ripstick. Plus, the Ripstick company are thieves and this company stands behind their product. Plus the price for this unit is much better, I am very happy with this purchase.

Useless. Bands are way too tight to do any useful exercise.

I like this, especially for the price. I spend hours sitting static in my car for work so I wanted to try this. It gives a solid workout to your triceps and chest. I wish it had long bands so I could do other workouts easier but for the price it's solid.
