Prompt delivery, sturdy packaging
Arrived promptly. Exceptionally well packaged. I was concerned about what condition they would be in when they arrived but I need not have worried as they came in extremely sturdy cardboard tubing.

Working replacement for old electric fires
Replaced the bars in an old 70s "realistic fireplace".Just took out the old ones, measured the length, ordered the most similar length, and stuck them in. They just have a flat contact on each end, so just slot in to the spring-loaded mounts, no screw thread or anything.Very well packaged, each in its own tube, so easy to store a spare.Work fine.

Items arrived promptly & well packaged. They work very well after fitting them,...although only using 2 of the 3 received,.....so far so good, but do not doubt the 3rd. Overall am very pleased with everything.
