I would actually give it 4.5 stars, with some suggestions for improvement. Let's talk about the pluses, of which there are many:• 100% DV of everything you'd want in a multi, zinc is the ONLY one that has 50% DV - which you can easily get through the foods you eat (hello, eggs - I'm talking to you!)• Low sugar compared to other brands - half the sugar of some other gummy brands• Non GMO, 90% Organic, and NO seed oils (one major brand contains sunflower oil, which can be inflammatory)• Easy to swallow and chew• Didn't leave a weird after-taste• Made in the USA / Woman owned• No preservativesCons:• "natural flavors" - It's an industry problem.It smells sweet at first, but not overpowering. The taste seemed a little chalky the first time I tried them, but definitely wasn't sweet like candy or some others I tried, and by the 3rd time I didn't mind the taste at easy and it was very easy to chew and dissolve and didn't get stuck in my teeth like some others. The price point may seem a little higher than others, however you must READ the label. 100% of just about everything (note: BIOTIN, so thyroid medication users like me need to stop a few days before testing as it may interfere with test results, speak to your doctor). 100% - many other brands have a fraction, use twice the sugar, preservatives, food coloring (disgusted as "natural", and other stuff we try to avoid when taking vitamins.I cannot attest to effects of this one particular vitamin on health as that takes about 2 - 3 months, but I will try to come back in edit once I have that. I hope they are making me healthier. These vitamin gummies taste nasty. I think I could just as easily chew up regular vitamin pills. They did arrive quickly, which is usually a blessing … for other products. I am still waiting for the good ones to be in stock, so that I can throw these out.

Love these because everything is not in excess but at 100%. I just wish they would do methylcobalamin (not cyanocobalamin) as from my reading, methylcobalamin is a cleaner formof B12.

Do not buy! Smells horrible!I was excited to order these vitamins as they would meet my daily vitamin needs. Got the bottle, opened it and was gagging from the horrendous smell of the vitamins. Smells really, really nasty. Couldn't even get them down. I had to spit them out. Tried to do a return as they are expensive and was told that I could not return them. Will never buy anything from them again.
