These are quality, was shocked at how black these were and even more at how black they’ve stayed. Been using for two weeks, eating well and staying hydrated but, after 2 weeks they are still black. These foot pads are really great and remove toxins from my body effortlessly.It is a very good value and easy to use. Been using these foot patch for over a week and my experience is very positive as the patches are easy to apply, comfortable to wear and easy to remove. As a result I feel more energized and less sluggish in the morning.My sleep has improved, so I would highly recommend them as it worked really well !!!!

Can't say I dislike them, as the process of washing and drying your feet, then preparing the patches to stick on the soles of your feet quite therapeutic, didn't seem to draw as much out as seen in pictures, but that might just be me. ( pure 🤣) I also found that, I found myselfa bit unsure of which side was supposed to be against my foot.

I was dubious about this product but used them for the first time last night. The results were brilliant, the first time I’ve slept through the night for over 5 years, woke up feeling refreshed. Would recommend 👍🏻

I would give 5 stars, however the patches don't stay stuck onto the feet. I kept them on wearing bed socks.
