Sofa arrived via freight truck. They couldn't bring it inside so we had to remove it from the crate and bring inside. That was no big deal though just takes two strong people.I ordered the Charcoal grey and it is a nice color - true to the picture. The material is fabric- but not microfiber (Thank Goodness!) The sofa is very comfortable!! The mattress that comes with it is memory foam and it seems comfortable! Simple assembly of the legs is required. It is fast and easy - recommend a power drill thoough as the screws are long. Overall, I am very pleased and would recommend this again!

The pillow backrest is detaching. Stitching was poorly done.

Absolutely love my new sleeper sofa. It has exceeded my expectations. The color, the fabric, the comfort and the memory mattress. Glad I went with the queen- only 6” longer than the full. So happy!!!!Uodate - after only 9 months the top cushions are sagging! I’ve tried to fluff but looks bad. I would appreciate any suggestions. So disappointed!😞

The people were really helping moving it in to my apartment, and I do have to say that I was lucky that it fit in the staircase as long as the doorway, it just BARELY got through, so I advise those who want to buy it to make sure that you have enough width in the hallways and door. The cushions are really comfy and bouncy, and the charcoal color is a blast! I've tried out the sleeper portion and it is really easy to use, the mattress is more comfortable than I thought, I couldn't feel anything below the mattress at all. It did come with legs however I can't seem to really screw them on without really trying, guess I have to get myself some power tools to get the screws in. If every needed I will buy from them again, really good sofa for a really good price!!

I have purchased this same sleeper sofa not once, but twice! I use to be a fan of Ashley Furniture so I didn't anticipate any issues. The first time I purchased the sofa was completely busted to the point of being unusable, within 7 DAYS. I thought maybe it was because of the size of the person that sleep on it ( to keep it nice, he was a bigger guy). Feeling guilty he offered to replace the sofa so we purchased the exact same one. Here I am, after exactly a year and am once again throwing away a sofa because it is broken beyond repair. Needless to say I will not be purchasing Ashley Furniture anymore. I guess these days they are building them cheap thinking that people have disposable money to spend on sofas. Not to mention sleeper sofas are already more expensive to begin with. This sofa was only intended to be used every once in a while and with little to no use at all has broken TWICE!!!! Buyer beware! Do yourself a favor and keep looking.

I bought this couch for my spare bedroom. The bedroom is fairly small and after my daughter moved out, I wanted more of a reading room/den but still wanted extra sleeping space for guests. I am pleased with this couch. I was hesitant to order a couch online but took the chance. I'm glad I did. I paid the extra 19 dollars to have the couch placed in the room of choice. I did have to unpack it and attach the legs. The legs are triangle shaped plastic with two screw holes. Instruction are included and I didn't have any trouble with this. Positives: couch is sturdy, pull out bed is easy to set up. Mattress is thin but memory foam with a mattress type material cover. It is firm but you cannot feel any springs when laying on it. I may buy a topper to use for extra comfort. I have already napped on the couch and though the cushions are firm, it was comfortable. Cons: None serious. I have purchased Ashley furniture in the past and it seems to hold up well. I would have preferred wood legs instead of plastic but not a big deal to me. For the price, I'm very happy with this purchase.

The first Ashley I ordered came damaged. Amazon was quick to resolve the matter and take back the damaged one. I decided that I did not like it either, it was hard as a rock. So I ordered this one that claimed to be very comfortable in the description. It is not. The seat cushions are VERY firm. The back pillows are better..... I don't typically mind firm so its fine for my needs right now. Definitely not a couch you can sink into and spend allot of time loafing in. It looks very nice, and the fabric is great. The mattress in the sleeper sofa is comfortable and that's really what I needed it for. If you want something to lounge in and watch movies, and just hang out in, this is not the couch for you.

Great sofa. Excellent value. This was the only sofa sleeper we could find on Amazon and many other online sources that came with a memory foam mattress included. The memory foam mattress is so much more comfortable than the typical thin mattress that comes with virtually every other sofa sleeper (where you feel beneath you all the metal bars and mechanisms of the fold-out sofa). Didn't need to buy a separate memory foam replacement mattress (for $100-$150) and throw out the cheap one! Plus, the sofa cost no more than comparable models with the cheap mattress. Still, it won't hurt to add a fluffy mattress cover to soften things up a bit. The sofa cushions are plump and firm, and the sofa is especially well-suited to those taller folks. My feet don't reach to floor, but we'll add a couple decorative (and functional!) pillows to solve that and to add some color to this nice neutral charcoal grey sofa! A huge bonus, our Forward Air, Inc. delivery guy in Sacramento area cheerily agreed to haul the sofa up a difficult set of outdoor stairs to the second floor apartment.
