The media could not be loaded. This is such a BRILLIANT idea! The beautiful extra pieces included throughout the story are like treasures to discover along the way. I had so much fun exploring, and I absolutely must know what else this company has available. I am truly hoping Wuthering Heights will be offered! The video shows things so much better than I can explain, so enjoy!

My daughter and I are huge Anne fans. We adore the story, and have it on repeat from Audible (Rachel McAdam’s reading is absolutely delightful if you’re an audio book fan). I only had paperback versions of the book in print, but wanted to give my daughter a hardback as a gift for Christmas. A friend told me about this and I was beyond thrilled. It is one of my daughters most treasured things she got, even more than toys!! It’s so lovely. The keepsakes inside are absolutely beautifully done, and she is eager to read it again, and open each pocket as she goes. HIGHLY recommend this book. I kind of want to buy a second copy just for myself!

Got it as a gift for my mom and aunt as they grew up with the series. Has tons of cool stuff in it. They loved it :)

This edition is probably the most beautiful and treasured classics on my shelf, maybe even in my entire home library. Pictures don't do it justice. I love it so very much!!

Ideal for collectors

This is beautifully done- just as the other titles offered. I love opening the letters and included ephemera. It really enhances the reading experience and transports your imagination!

She loved it

I am a huge fan and lover of anything and everything Anne of Green Gables. When NetGalley offered up a review copy of the special edition version with mementos I leapt at the chance to grab an early copy. The forward was a sweet acknowledgement of so many children's love for the Annie of Green Gables tales but also includes a grown-up adult perspective.There are additional documents listed at the end of the digital book. The documents include newspaper articles and an appendices. The appendices provides information on the letters and mementos scattered throughout the the hardcover version of the book. That's the only problem with reading the electronic version of the book. The replicas from the story are not included in digital format. I would have liked to see everything included. I'm sure they are splendid, and purchasers of the hardcopy will be in for a treat.Barbara Heller's addition of Anne of Green Gables into the Handwritten Classics series will delight fans of Heller and Anne, alike.I was provided a digital copy of this book.
