After discovering having stage 3 advanced prostate cancer and having a radical prostectomy then 39 treatments of radiation, incontinence was a problem. Even after weeks of physical theropy and daily kegle exercise for 45 minutes a day for many weeks, incontinence was still a problem, even taking oxybutin to control the problem. I saw this product on the internet and thought let's give it a try. It has been a game changer. When wearing this item I can now lift weights, do yard work and many other activities without leakage. For me, taking 4 sheets of toilet paper folded up to the same size as device then put inside the item makes it super comfortable. You need to go to the bathroom about every 2 hours when awake to make sure there is no full bladder with no way to void. Been using item for 4 weeks and highly recommend for those that have a similar problem. Suggest to get it tighter than you may think but short of causing pain.

I didnt think I would ever need this device, but who does actually. I did a google search for the best incontinence clamps on the market, this product was one of the top 10 on the list, it’s adjustable for different sizes. I read some of the reviews, liked what I read and purchased the kit. The clamp from my Dr is metal and sometimes uncomfortable and pinches you. This clamp is plastic, comes with a kit of pads as replacements, good buy for the money and most important, keeps you dry during your incontinence time. Will purchase again, if the need is there when this kit is exhausted.

Working fine. Highly recommended for a incontinence aid. Wish they would sell just the pads. You must buy a whole new clamp.

Didn’t work like we hoped

A good member clamp that comes with more soft clamp inserts than purchasing their unit that has only the two that are included on the clamp itself. As the single unite it is simple to use and EZ to clean.

I'd rate this product somewhere between a 3 and a 4 star. Yes, it absolutely does work, but the manufacturer describes it as comfortable. To me, that's a bit of a marketing stretch.

My husband had prostate surgery and afterwards, it left him needing to wear a clamp due to leakage. He tried several brands and has found these Wiesner clamps to be the best, and for years now, they're the only ones he has me order. We're so glad to see them selling them in a value pack, because the pads wear out long before the clamp ever does. It was rather frustrating having to order a set just to get the pad. I never understood why they didn't sell more pads to begin with. He's pleased with how well these clamps work, and how they stop any leakage issue he had. Thank you Wiesner for adding the Value Pack kit, we will continue to buy it from now on !!!

I've tried multiple clamps over the past 10 years. This time I tried 2 different brands. BOTH were EXACTLY the same clamp, with the only difference being one had 2 extra pads, This one was totally useless - for me. One pad just completely flattened out and offered no protection or comfort. I tossed both into the trash as they are not returnable.
