Trouble Sleeping?
Wanted to try something besides a sleeping pill, a friend suggested that I try these. When I can’t sleep I will take one and it does the trick. I have only used these about 5 times, but every time I have good results.

Seems like a really good product
These thing really help you sleep thru the night. If you wake up it makes it easier to dose back to sleep. I bought some because the time release melatonin was recommended to me by the famous Cooper Clinic In Dallas when I was getting a physical. They’re good for getting into the restful stages of sleep where your cells rebuild.

Get to sleep & Stay asleep
Super happy with these. My husband and I used to use another popular brand but found these to be more effective. We love the time release to get to sleep and stay asleep.

You may want a smaller dose.
Product works great - keeps you asleep all night, being time-released. I used to take 10 mg. of the regular melatonin, but had to cut this one in half, or I oversleep in the morning. You may want to consider a smaller dose.
