Will this work for the larger cockroaches (about one inch long)? Thanks.

I has worked well for me with any size roach.

Should I replace it if I see dead roaches? They are supposed to die in their nest right?

I keep mine lying there for few months . I assumed some roaches die nearby and some in the nests. It worked well for me-roaches cleared out in 1-2 weeks-no longer saw any live or dead ones.

Does this cause an increase in roach sightings at first?

I usually only saw 1 or 2 at the most at night in my bathroom. Today I placed two in the bathroom and just now I saw 5. I’m assuming it’s working and attracting them.
