Strap padding is not secure and wants to move around or get bunched up , the bag is highly adjustable but the adjustments undo themselves after about 2 minutes , the zip tabs aren't secure and ping off when you try close it up and there's also loose threads

Useless on just about every level. I’d have more faith in the bag this came in. Straps useless, zips utterly terrible. If this cost more than £2 to make I’d be amazed. Returning it.

This is my third of these rucksacks and the quality has slipped quite badly. All the plastic feels very cheap, the straps are badly made, the overall quality just feels very poor. Such a shame as this is perfect as a work bag. Last ones have lived for over 2 years, I reckon I might get 6 months out of this one!

Sturdy enough to carry a sandwich and no more. Purchased to use for a charity walk to carry 10kg. Straps simply fell apart. Buy cheap......
