Was a tad skeptical as most of these just don't seem to do much for me. This one's different! I actually had a reduction in pain in my knee and it seems to be healing quicker than other times I've injured it. The only problem I had with this is it's a bear to get the wrapping off. The wife was complaining of pain as well and most of the time, whenever I suggest something, she finds some fault with one of the ingredients or smell or whatever. I gave it to her to try, thinking she'd just give it back with some reason, but she actually said she'd try it and did! She also found that it alleviated the pain she was having. I ordered a second one so she could keep that one.
