These are quite small candles but when I go out to sit on the porch that's all I need and I wasn't doing it because I was getting eaten up alive, now I can do it! I feel the best time to go out is dusk I love it when the sun is going down it feels so good and I can do it now without getting bitten by mosquitoes. They're actually neat candle even though it's small lasts for 7 to 8 hours so they probably last two or three weeks. It would make a great gift especially for the summer time people.

We use these around our hot tub in the winter as the mosquitoes can get crazy at times. These work great and completely keep the bugs away!

Got one that was bent and top won’t go on but ok. Good scent - not offensive

These are smaller than I imagined but the listing was accurate. They really work well and for the price you get a lot of them. They last a long time too.

I liked that the candles were in a cute tin and there was no soot, but they did not work. I lit some of the candles and set them in different rooms to get rid of gnats and mosquitos. I was constantly fanning and swinging. The citronella scent was not strong at all. I could only smell the scent when I opened the tin and held it to my nose. As it burned, there was NO scent. I watched as the gnats continued to fly around the candle.

I buy this every week and a half since I usually burn about 1 candle per day. The most recent purchase that I made seems like the candles last half of the time as long as they used to. I am going to try a new company to replace this but I hope that this was just a defective box.
