I am unable to get the right heat setting for my type of hair.....more instructions are needed

Let’s be clear for starters this isn’t the name I ordered! Because it has no name other than professional hair straightener! Not a Biggie for real! Next I plug them up so they can start to heatup!! Never did! I have adjusted the settings and nothing! Suppose to heat up fast! Over 30 minutes waiting and didn’t work!! Price is good but product is defective! Never got hope

I absolutely love the way I can grip this iron; it fits perfectly in my hand. The ergonomic design offers excellent handling and doesn’t cause any fatigue, even after prolonged use. I generally use it just for the front sections of my hair, as I have an abundance of hair and this tool isn't quite sufficient to manage all of it efficiently. However, for the areas I do use it on, it works wonderfully and achieves the desired results. It heats up quickly and the temperature control is precise, making styling a breeze. Although it’s not ideal for my entire head of hair, it definitely excels in handling smaller sections. It’s a fantastic tool for quick touch-ups and styling the more visible parts of my hair!

This is perfect for baby hair and bangs. It has temperature control and heats up quickly. I like it is lightweight which makes it easy for me to carry it when traveling. I like it and highly recommend it.

This mini flat iron is perfect for me. I have longish thin, fine hair and this works great for what I need. It works fantastic on bangs and side fringe. I'm completely pleased as I do lot of pinned, up -dos but do give full head of hair an ironing prior. ( FYI: I likely don't make great demands of this iron due to my hair type and preferred styles. Finally, it's compact, makes for easy storage, and is travel- friendly.

Well I have gotten the first one and it stop working but sent it back n they sent me another one fast and it works very good.
