I’ve been vegetarian most of my life and because of my dietary choices I sometimes need to take iron supplements. This particular supplement was easily swallowed and cures my iron deficiency woes. As well as not upsetting my stomach which is why I’m a big fan of these vitamins! My stomach really has problems with iron supplements typically and I’m pleasantly surprised to say I’ve had none of those issues here! If you’re looking for a good iron source look no further!

These are good, they don’t cause constipation. But there’s a weird burp for a few hours after taking it —- even if you eat with it.

My doctor suggested this, because already have vitamin c with.

Since 2008 being diagnosed with iron deficiency anemia I've tried many many many different iron supplements and the same result every time excruciating stomach pain and nausea but NOT these. I am so glad I took the chance and tried these because now there is no stomach pain or nauseousness, the only thing like the other reviews stated is that there is a weird after burping which taste like a tire; but I will absolutely deal with that as oppose to the stomach issues. Will continue to buy these.
