The scooter is great!
My husband has a scooter of this brand, and he thinks it is of great quality, so he bought one for me. To be honest, I don't know much about scooters, but judging from the appearance, the black frame is very three-dimensional and very cool. This scooter really suits my taste. The assembly is very simple. You just need to tighten the handlebar screws of the scooter into the corresponding screw holes, and then simply adjust the angle of the handlebars, and you're done! Because my husband has already installed one himself, it only takes him less than 10 minutes to assemble the scooter now. I noticed its folding setting, and I tried it. It is very easy to fold, and the folding lock is very stable, so there is no need to worry about it falling apart when lifting it. The folded scooter is not heavy, at least I can lift it by myself. After the assembly was completed, we went to the road outside to test ride it. When I started the scooter and pressed the accelerator, the scooter did not start immediately. My husband said that I had to use my foot to help push the ground first, so that it could start. Sure enough, after I tried it, I finally succeeded in starting the scooter. Since I am not good at using scooters, I did not select the H speed gear at first (they advertise that the H speed can reach 19MPH). I used the L gear for a few minutes to adapt, and then I started to drive in the M gear. Wow, it feels really great, and I feel the joy of speed riding.I plan to use this scooter for commuting so that I don’t need to take public transportation to work anymore. Since I just received this scooter, I haven’t done some tests on its mileage, but my husband’s Dart Max can ride at least 26 miles. I don’t know how this model of scooter functions. This is not a particularly important thing for me because the company is only 4 miles away from my home. This scooter can also be controlled by APP. My husband said that its cruise control setting is very convenient. I haven’t tried this function yet. I will try all its functions in the next few days.I personally think I bought an electric scooter with good value for money, and I hope I can say the same thing when I update this review in a few months

Best Electric Scooter – Smooth, Fast, and Reliable
Absolutely love this electric scooter—smooth ride, fast acceleration, and great battery life! It’s super convenient for commuting and folds up easily for storage. Easily the best purchase I’ve made this year!

A Hazardous, Deceptive Disaster – Lies, Fire Risks, and Job Loss – Avoid This Scam
I’ve been an Amazon reviewer for years, reviewing countless products with honesty and detail, but I’ve never encountered a product and seller as utterly deplorable as this Sisigad Electric Scooter and Shenzhen Uni-chic Technology Co., Ltd.I paid $191.19 out of my own pocket (including shipping and tax) for this Sisigad Electric Scooter, hoping for a reliable commuting option, but what I got was a fraudulent, dangerous, and utterly deplorable piece of garbage that not only failed every promise in its listing but also cost me my job when it died mid-trip. Shenzhen Uni-chic Technology Co., Ltd. has created a calculated scam that preys on buyers with false claims, shoddy construction, and outright safety hazards, and I’m here to ensure no one else falls victim to their shameful tactics. I returned this junk and got my money back, but the ordeal was a nightmare, and I’m done with this seller’s nonsense. This is the worst product I’ve ever purchased, and I’m warning you: do not buy this scooter under any circumstances.A Litany of False Claims: The listing (as of March 2025) promises a “15 MILES Max Range,” “Folding E-Scooter with Dual Suspension,” and “8.5 IN Solid Tires” for “commuting, travel, everyday use.” Every claim is a blatant lie. I charged the scooter fully (green light, full bars) and tested it in ideal conditions: I weigh 85.15 kg (187.6 lbs), within the 220-lb limit, and live in flat Miami-Dade County with no hills. It died after a measly 7 miles, less than half the advertised range. Reviews (3.9 stars, 83 reviews at the time) reveal the same story: dozens of buyers report 6-7 miles, proving this isn’t a defect but a deliberate deception. The “Dual Suspension” claim is a sham, the frame is completely rigid, with no suspension, making every bump a jarring, painful experience. The “8.5 IN Solid Tires” promise is another falsehood, the front tire is inflated, not solid, adding a puncture risk to an already useless product. This isn’t a scooter that underperforms; it’s a scam that was never meant to deliver on its claims.Dangerous Structural Failures: This scooter isn’t just a liar, it’s a safety nightmare. The stem (the tube connecting the handlebars to the front wheel fork) gets loose after minimal use due to terrain vibrations, even if you tighten it as much as possible. This causes the handlebars to go crooked, misaligning the front wheel and making steering dangerously unpredictable. The screws and assembly holes are so poorly designed, misaligned and prone to cross-threading, that tightening them properly is nearly impossible. The screws themselves are made of a cheap, terrible alloy, and the provided Allen wrench is so flimsy that it damages the screw heads, leaving them halfway screwed in and impossible to remove without stripping them completely. This isn’t just inconvenient; it’s a catastrophic design flaw that makes the scooter a ticking time bomb for failure or injury.Fire Hazard Risks: The safety issues don’t stop there. The supplied charger gets alarmingly hot during use, as does the battery itself, a clear fire hazard that no buyer should have to risk. There’s no visible certification or quality assurance to suggest this product is safe, and the overheating is so severe I wouldn’t trust it anywhere near my home. This seller is playing with people’s lives by selling a product with such a dangerous flaw, and it’s absolutely unforgivable.Useless App and Deceptive Features: The phone app is another layer of this scam, displaying an absurd total mileage of 121,975 miles on a brand-new scooter, an impossible number that kept counting up. Even trying to change the units was a mess, with the app being so poorly designed it’s essentially garbage. This isn’t a feature; it’s a mockery, further proving how little effort this seller put into delivering a functional product.Flimsy, Insecure Build: The frame itself, while the welding job was fine, feels cheap and insecure, with an overall balance that’s flimsy and unstable. It shakes and wobbles during use, making it feel like it could collapse at any moment. The lack of suspension exacerbates this, as it can’t handle even minor bumps without rattling violently. This isn’t a commuting scooter; it’s a liability that could cause serious harm. I genuinely fear for anyone who uses this thinking it’s safe, it’s not.The Devastating Impact: I bought this scooter to commute to work, relying on its promised 15-mile range to get me there and back. On my first trip, it died at 7 miles, leaving me stranded halfway to my job. I missed a critical day of work, and as a result, I was fired, a life-altering blow that left me jobless and without transportation in Miami-Dade. I paid $191.19 for a product that was supposed to help me, but instead, it ruined my livelihood. The emotional and financial toll of this failure is something I’ll never forget, and I’ll never forgive this seller for their reckless deception.A Systemic Scam: Don’t be fooled by the 3.9-star rating, this is a calculated scam. The reviews reveal the truth: countless buyers report the same 6-7 mile range, meaning this seller knows their product is a lie but keeps selling it, hoping people will give up or return it quietly. This isn’t a mistake; it’s a deliberate scheme to exploit buyers’ trust, and it’s shameful. I fought to get my $191.19 back, but no one should have to endure what I did for a product that’s so blatantly fraudulent.A Final Warning: Do not buy this scooter, period. It’s a dangerous, deceptive piece of trash that will fail you when you need it most. You won’t get the 15-mile range, dual suspension, or solid tires promised, you’ll get a 7-mile, rigid, fire-hazard disaster with a loose stem, misaligned wheel, and a flimsy frame that could cost you far more than money. I’m now looking at a reputable brand like the NIU KQi3 Max, and I strongly suggest you do the same. Save your money, your time, and your safety. This seller and this product are an absolute disgrace, and they don’t deserve a single penny from anyone. I’ve never been more disappointed in a purchase, and I’m sharing this to ensure no one else suffers the way I did.

Excellent Scooter
I recently received this scooter The first thing that struck me about it was the sturdy quality and it felt solid and reliable when I was riding down the road I am a fan of speed so I usually like to travel in H and it does reach speeds of up to 20Mph. since I like to ride at high speeds, the range may be a little shorter but that's ok, it's normal. I haven't tried climbing hills on it yet as my area is fairly flat. The scooter's control panel is intuitive and even if you are new to electric scooters, you will find it easy to get started. I'm super fond of the app's cruise mode, which makes the scooter a lot more fun! Oh and the folding design is great, I can fold it up and take it on the subway which is very convenient for me Overall, it's a great choice whether you're commuting to work or just cruising around the neighborhood

?????!
Per product specs, 19 MPH, 20 MILES RANGE, tested several times for ranges, results max range was 9 miles, speeds results 18 MPH. I am ok with the speed but the range is not acceptable, please do not claim a 20 miles range. I bought it because it claims to have a 20 miles range. So disappointed.

Underpowered. Goes maybe 12 mph downhill with a tailwind at best
On a smooth flat surface with a full charge with a 150lb person it will not go over 10mph. If uphill depending on the slope goes about 7-9mph on a very slight incline. It will just stop on a moderate incline. Seems put together well and fairly sturdy. Everything functions well and reliably. Just no power behind it is all.
