Theatricals Pro Adult Stage Right 2" Character Shoes THP320

I’ve looked high and low for an affordable Mary Jane shoe to wear with my work uniform dress. These are the answer, with some amendments. These are slick, as they are designed to be an indoor dancing shoe. I simply took them to a cobbler and for $13 had him put on a rubber sole. Now, I won’t slip, I think they’ll last awhile. I’ve purchased several expensive pair of nice leather Mary Janes lately for work. The leather has torn, the shoes scuff, etc. These shoes are essentially plasticky, which is great because they don’t scuff or rip. So far, so good and fingers crossed they work for awhile.

Shoes have to be broken in, the first few weeks her feet hurt and she got a blister. But you need to wear them and break them in. The shoes are quite nice and for the price, we cannot expect perfection. I am satisfied with the product and overall quality. She wore them for six weeks practicing so they got broken in. She is a size 8 and we ordered an 8 and it was true to size.

All of my shoes are a 9.5 (including my other dance shoes), but these were painfully tight as a 9.5. So I went up in size to a 10.5, but they were too big, so I settled for a 10 and after wearing them a few times, they are now working great.

I'd like to think these may have loosened with wear but they are not leather but man made material so they won't soften in my experience. I wish it came in wide widths, because while I don't have wide feet, the toe is very snug and I'd get callouses.

I did as others had suggested and ordered a half size up. My toes were still touching the front of the toe box , but there was give at the heel. Otherswise, the shoe was sturdy, and I liked the height of the heel. Decided to return the shoes.

Thank you to those who warned me that these run small! I ordered a size 8 since I'm usually a 7.5 and they fit perfectly. Almost too snug, but perfect. Definitely order these a half size larger, but they are great! I move really well on stage in these!

We ordered these for my daughter for drama. She normally wears an 8.5 shoe but we ordered a size 9 because of prior reviews. They fit her perfectly. Once she had them worked in, she says they are very comfortable. You can't beat the price.

It's a very good product and it came two days after I ordered it but I went on the website of the actual seller and it said to buy your normal shoe size and I did and it was too small so I am going to order another pair a half size up but besides that it was a good deal.
