wer hier was sucht ohne Gluten, Soja, Laktose, Milchprodukte, Zucker und auch noch vegan, non-gmo und "schuldfrei" sucht, ist hier genau richtig, zum Beispiel bei Auto-Immunerkrankungen. wenig Kcal, viel gutes Protein aus Pflanzen, viele Ballaststoffe, ich bin begeistert. ich habe versucht, keine Erwartungen bezüglich Geschmack zu haben, und ich war positiv überrascht. er schmeckt halt nach Natur, und nicht wie gekünstelte gepanschte Proteinriegel. kenne nur diesen einen Geschmack, hätte gerne mehr (darf aber kein Erdnuss und Schoko-Minze is nich mein Ding) ich bin sehr lange satt, anders als bei den üblichen Proteinriegeln, und ich bestelle gerade wieder nach....

I love the No Cow bars. The macros of these bars are perfect for my current calorie goals. At first I was put off by the dry texture but I’ve gotten used to them. After trying all the flavors, I’ve found the handful that I really really like. This blueberry cobbler flavor is exceptional. The blueberry flavor comes through and (maybe it’s in my head) the texture feels a tad bit more moist. Definitely planning to reorder this flavor. On busy days when I’m trying to hit my protein goals, these bars make life so much easier. If I’m trying to save calories for a night out or a special dinner, these are my go-to bars. They’re dense, a bit dry, but also very satisfying and I love the variety of flavors that No Cow offers.

Bin nicht begeistert von diesem Riegel, hatte mir mehr erwartet. Der Geschmack ist beinahe als "ungenießbar" einzustufen, der totale Carb Anteil liegt bei 25 g, wovon zwar 19 g Ballaststoffe sind, der Protein Anteil bei 21 g. Somit als Low Carb Riegel für Ernährungsbewusste M.m. durchgefallen. Als Proteinriegel sicherlich eine gute Alternative zu anderen Produkten, aber der Geschmack ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig und sehr künstlich. Kalorienmäßig liegt er mit 170 kcal/Riegel im Mittelfeld, wer Abnehmen will sollte die 170 kcal lieber in ein anderes Lebensmittel oder Riegelprodukt investieren.

Ich hatte erst Angst das mir diese Geschmacksrichtung nicht so schmeckt, mint chocolate fand ich persönlich nicht so gut, aber meine Sorgen waren unbegründet.

The nutrition numbers are a plus for a low sodium diet, they are also the lowest I have been able to find for a medical diet. I prefer an actual meal but since some days things don’t work out for us all as we plan it, the protein bar helps get something quick into your stomach so you’re not really skipping a meal, but it also helps with weight gain since the protein in the bar. Its also great for a snack. It’s about the size of a standard candy chocolate bar and always arrives fresh. The flavor actually taste like the flavor it says. Multiple flavors have been purchased before and tried and absolutely zero complaints. A bit pricey but that’s pretty standard when it comes to protein items as in bars and shakes ect. Regardless your reason of wanting a protein bar, I recommend this brand.
