Works great! This product is a nice size and is fun to watch. It does not differentiate between bills, so make sure you are counting all 20's, or 10's. It is quick, accurate, and fun to watch. Great if you like buying/selling on Craigslist :)

When I received this product, it came in 2 boxes. An outer Amazon box, then an inner StarCounters box. The Amazon box was sealed, but the StarCounters box was open. I was under the impression that I was receiving an unopened, brand new money counter. I found out that this wasn't the case. I took it out of the box, the main screen was pulled out of the money counter with the wires still connected. I was able to just push it back in. I pushed it back in and started the money counter up. It worked fine the first day. First couple of times running it, it spewed money on the ground. Started running well after those initial runs. I started it back up the next day. It started fine, I hit the "add" button. After about 5 seconds, 100 lit up on the screen, indicating that the Grouping function was started. It turns out that all the buttons on mine will either turn off, or turn on this function. Even the Reset button wouldn't work. So I turned it off and back on, after that, it continuously runs its self check and never starts up. So I currently have a giant paperweight that looks like a money counter. I will submit a video in a few days

I have been looking for a high quality money counter for a while. We have events where we need to count cash quickly and this has been perfect. I was a bit skeptical in counting machines that aren’t from the bank but this one has been correct 100% of the time!

Purchasing this for my small business has saved us tremendous amount of time. You have to separate different denominations before putting it into the counting machine. The only thing that I wish it did was count the TOTAL amount of bills instead of counting the amount of paper bills. Also, I have noticed it struggles with new bills and works great with the older bills.

It proved difficult to us if you want to do multiple counts of a certain #. Say you wanted batches of 25 you had to push the button 25 times to set it before each count. We returned this item.

Worth buying. Money does get stuck more than I'd like to admit. It sucks it in so fast you don't have time to set the bills. Simply add a button to start after loading would probably solve this

I work football athletic events, where we have to count numerous amounts of money, along with balancing with ticket sales. While normally this usually takes me an hour, we have to reverify money. I counted the money in 1000. increments and then they recounted after using the machine. It was accurate every time. Saved me time and we're finished in 30 minutes. It was the first time I used it, easy to work. Loved it

This machine does a good job of quickly counting money. If you have a lot of ones you can go into count mode and it will continue to add until you are done. Not too terribly heavy so yiu can take it with you if yiu are working concessions, doing fundraiser collections etc. so far it appears it knly counts dollar bills so if you need to count other bills you just have to get a number count if bills and multiply out which still makes life MUCH easier.
