This is a really well made backpack and looks very nice

Looks like a pretty solid backpack, tho it doesn't have all the pockets I would love for it to have. Imo it should work well as a everyday use kind of backpack at a reasonable price. Will update if anything in the future happens to to my liking.

This bag was not what was expected. The bag was smaller than what was expected and seemed to be made from a weak flimsy material. Not what I was used to since I have bought several SwissGear backpacks over the years.Also I was charged for returning the item. That was a first for me. I have been buying from Amazon for well over a decade now and have purchased so many items for laptops, phones, weight benches etc.Also the time line for the refund kept on being delayed by a week each time. The item was received by the seller since January 24 and the expected date for refund is about 2 weeks from today. The 1st date was February 13th now it about the 18th.I am never buying from this vendor again.

Just used this recently for the first time. It was good and very roomy. Enjoyed the two outside pouches. Used those to put flashlight and a pill box.

Good quality material and stitching. Large enough to fit most laptops (except maybe those jumbo gaming beasts). More than enough pockets to keep everything organized. The bag corners are well sealed and don't look like I have to worry about my books slowly wearing through the bottom of the bag. The straps are strong and hold a good bit of weight without the slide adjusters slipping. SwissGear has an excellent reputation as a bag maker and this definitely stands up to that.
