So easy!
I needed to run a water line to an RV hookup in our pole barn, and decided it was time to try Pex and man was it a ton easier that sweating copper joint etc… Now I don’t want to do plumbing on a regular basis, hence the less expensive tool pick. But it worked like a charm and was very intuitive, although I did do a little video research to make sure I was doing things correctly. Well worth the money and it’ll be in the drawer should the need arise again.

My first time clamping pex fitting and this made it an easy job
I was fighting a small leak from the shower faucet in my camper last year. I finally took it seriously and dove into getting it fixed for this coming camping season. I could see the drip from a small access panel and figured it was coming from the shower faucet. Some screws had the faucet and bezel away from the wall where I saw the slight drip coming off the cold-water fitting.A couple YouTube videos later turned me onto this crimper/clamper. The pinch clamp tool is nice and sturdy, and it ratchets. I had minimal working area in the small access hole for the valves. 2 cuts, new valves, and 2 clamps later and I was all squared away. The kit included enough to probably tackle my whole camper if I come across another drip...

Excellent tool, but not for cramped spaces
I needed to make a repair in a tight space under my camper sink. The tool works fantastically well, if you’re not restricted on space. The crimpers have to open ALL THE WAY in order to grab the tab on the ring and with other pipes running every which way, my space was limited. What’s more, trying to hold the ring in place and grab both handles on the crimpers was near impossible because they start out so wide. But with a little determination and contorting my body into positions I didn’t know I could, I got everything in place. So, I’m very happy with the tool, but I would only recommend it if you have plenty of space to work in.

Love it
Worked great. Easy to use. Fittings don't leak. I do have to admit that it was a little difficult getting this product into tight spots. Sometimes was hard to open up all the way. Great product though. Sure got alot of use out of this tool already.

Great For DIY Plumbing.
Bought this to fix some leaking pipes on my hot water baseboard heating system. Pex is cheaper that copper so I bought this to replace the bad sections with pex. This is much easier than sweating copper together. The tool is easy to use, but I can see that it would be sort of difficult to use in a tight space as the handles have to be pretty far apart to start the crimp. Overall was worth the money and the crimp rings that it came with seem to be just as good as the main brand crimp rings.

I wish I would have purchased one long ago
After first using it .. I went through my car and replaced all of the screw type hose clamps I had on it. It worked fantastic. A+
