Slip on.
Buster loves sitting on the padded cover, he no longer is marring my center cover. Side pockets are really helpful, not to big, good cell phone of paper size. Only down side is big/tall bottles in read cup hold interfere with opening cover 100%. Good material, well made.

Nice armrest. Wish elastic holder was tighter.
Real like armrest. The elastic that holds it on is a little loose and it repositions.
