I had got this because our neighbors are Mexican and not all of them speak English. Now I can easily translate what they are saying and for me to communicate with them. It does for text and speech and has every language imagible. I've been playing around with it also to see different words in other languages. It's very cool and I today's world, it's compact and perfect to throw in your purse, car or pocket so can translate if ever need to. This works if at a job and a customer doesn't speak fluent English also.

Working in retail, in an environment where I and many of my employees only speak English but a good portion of our customer base speaks anything but, this device is great for both vocal translations, and translating our signs and advertisements. This is an amazing tool!

When first setting up and unpackaging, everything worked flawlessly except for the offline translation. I tried multiple remedies but nothing worked, I only got "Unable to Translate" as a response. Let it sit in the packaging for a day or two with plans to return it, and today I gave it one last shot and it ended up working. So for those who are having this issue, install the package and let it sit for a day or two. Should be all set to go!The only other thing I noticed is that with the little spanish I knew it didn't pick up what I was saying properly. Still got the sentence and point across but may be an issue. Could just be my terrible pronunciation. Planning to bring this with me to Europe!Overall, good product and look forward to using this overseas.

I've found this nifty little translator device to be a lifesaver at the bakery where I work, especially when chatting with folks who don't speak Portuguese. My wife is Pakistani and her family speak Urdu. Using this device we were able to communicate without a translator (her father). It's compact, and very simple to use. It can easily be connected to the wifi for updates, it had good quality. Then for the price you can beat it. Also it's conversation option is surprisingly fast and useful.Great buy 👌.Had to go back and update this review from 5 stars to very poor. After the initial short introduction we had with her family, the Urdu option flat out stopped working properly. My wife's family got offended when words were missed translated. Also the battery did not last long at at.

One of the best device to have while travelling. AI makes it simple to translate and communicate. As mentioned it has 138 languages which pretty much covers everything. Useful with online and offline translation. The battery back up is pretty good. Type C cable makes it easier and you dpo not have to carry extra cable to charge it.The offline mode saves you from finding a wifi or internet connectivity which will be really difficult while travelling to different countries and you do not have to purchase a seperate sim for this.

I ordered this product twice... sent the first one back because I found a more advanced one, but later bought it again because I intend to leave it with my wife, in China. Okay... it works okay, easy to use, lightweight, looks well made... but is a bit small to see and hold. It's accuracy in translating is 'not' great. It gets a lot of things right... then suddenly for no apparent reason, gets a lot of things wrong. Maybe more right than wrong but it' still a bit troubling as accuracy counts.

I got this translator for my husband. He is in love with it. It works really well. It works perfectly without WiFi and it translates really fast Highly recommend!

Assez déçue du produit. Impossible de charger mes blackviews pro car le port de charge est trop enfoncé et le rond de protection empêche que la fiche tienne. Je le garde donc pour d'autres appareils comme mon Kindle. Mais attention donc si vous avez un téléphone ou une tablette où la fiche doit être assez enfoncée pour tenir. Cela devrait être mentionné.
