What a game changer. I'll never go back to buying pillows from a store again. These are the best. They even come with extra foam. I've had them for awhile now and they haven't lost their fluff. No decompression no flatness at all. One side is even cooler and stays that way overnight.

I like the pillows overall, and hope they’re durable. They did have an initial odor, but it disappeared after about 48 hours. When I took them out of the packaging, I was surprised at how floppy they were. I like a fluffy pillow. However the floppiness also disappeared in a day or two and they really fluffed up. They’re heavier than a polyfill pillow, but lighter than other foam pillows I’ve had.I did make use of the adjustability and added the extra stuffing. There really wasn’t much, so I don’t know if it made much difference.I knocked a star off because the extra stuffing is different than what’s in the pillow already—it’s a completely different color, even. And on top of that, the extra filling felt really lumpy, and I realized there were pieces that had kind of a leathery plastic skin. See the photo; the piece in the foreground has two layers of that lumpy white skin. I had to pick all those out.It is pretty comfortable sleeping all in all, but what is that weird stuff?! There wasn’t any of it the stuffing that was already in the pillow. Kinda feels like they had some stuffing “seconds” they’re getting rid of.

When I say I wash everything possible. I mean that. As soon as I got these pillows. I took the case off and washed them. Put them in the dryer.(they were still damp). I then laid a net that I bought for my patio on my dinning room table (hadn’t been used yet) and just dumped all of the shredded foam out to dry overnight. Still a little wet. I put a tie on the net and then put it in the dryer with only the foam in it. That dried the foam quick. I never noticed a smell. Maybe because I washed the foam. These pillows are so comfortable. You can make them as firm or not firm as you’d like. They’re soft and they match my memory foam mattress. I will most definitely be buying more. For me and my son. ♥️♥️I’m glad I washed the foam because I found some type of tree bark or something in them. That would not have been fun to lay on.Overall worth the buy.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I know a lot of people have mixed reviews on these pillows. I didn’t wanna write my review until after I’ve had them for over a month because a lot of people kept saying that overtime they go flat they’re not worth it. I have had my pillows for quite a while now and I do not have any problem with them going flat. My pillows are still just as fluffy as they were the day that I got them. We did add the extra fluffing to the decorative two pillows that we got that we keep the pillow shams on just so that they look nicer on the bed The other two pillows that we actually sleep on we did not add the extra stuffing that you get with them and we have not had any problems with our pillows at all they’re actually great the longer that you use them they become more comfortable to you so I stand by my five stars that I’m giving Because I have not had any issues on my pillows. They do not stink when you get them they don’t die through my pillowcase. I have not had not one problem with my pillows at all. I also appreciate the fact that I can dump the little foamy pieces that come inside your pillow into a garbage bag and wash my outer pillow if I need to I haven’t had to yet, but I do have grandchildren and they love to eat in my bed and watch movies so I know the day is coming and I’m just glad that I can do that if I need to

I still don't care for them BUT; these folks bent over backwards to help me. I'm going to adjust the rating to 3 stars. If customer support is important to you these folks do it right.My recommendation is Don't Buy These.The cover's threads were un-stitching as I removed them from the package. The pillows were loosely stuffed with chopped foam and did not hold my head up. They were packaged in a vacuum shrunk plastic bag that made it impossible to put back in the box to return. When I contacted the seller they sent me a form letter which offered me $8.00 to keep them. I suspect they have a bunch of returns. Given the difficulty of making a return package, I suspect many folks just take the * dollars and these guys still make a profit.

Love these pillows, they have a great feeling to sleep on and they come with extra stuffing if you need to add some. I will definitely be getting some more. I haven’t been using them long so I don’t know how they will hold up over time but I love them so far. No strong chemical smell that you sometimes get with some of these pillow fillings.
