Buyer beware - would not purchase again if it were free
Caution to Potential Buyers: Our family’s experience with this trampoline turned from excitement to deep concern in just over a year after purchasing. The trampoline wasn’t cheap which I assumed meant high quality… do not be fooled. The springs rusted extensively, with majority of them snapping off - a clear sign of compromised safety (see attached photos). Even more alarming, the connection points deteriorated, leading a complete structural failure. What’s most disheartening is the danger it posed to my children. They continued to use the trampoline before I was aware of its decaying condition. The thought of what could have happened sends shivers down my spine.Upon contacting the company for support, I was met with their refusal to do anything about it. Their claim was that rust is not covered under their warranty. This is very convenient for them to avoid taking responsibility for a product that is designed for outdoor use and very likely to rust unless high quality materials are used. At this point its not just about product quality; it’s about ensuring no one else waste this much money or puts their children at risk on a trampoline they won’t even have a year from now.

No Instructions for Assembling all 187 parts!!!
No instructions are included with this!!!What manufacturer doesn’t include instructions with a product containing 187 pieces that must be assembled?! Not okay! Also, the tracking number given when you purchase from Amazon is only for a small envelope containing a bill of sale and packing list. A note included with that instructs you to call their shipping partner to schedule the delivery even though they’ve already reported to Amazon that they’ve delivered your package (and presumably collected the payment from Amazon).I’m tracking down instructions for assembly and plan to update this review after it’s assembled.Update:-Found instructions on manufacturer’s website. They’re not very detailed but they’re better than nothing.-Some bolts not included with hardware pack! I’ll be going to a hardware store to pick up 8 of the 1” bolts they failed to include with the hardware pack.-The frame is heavy-duty but doesn’t fit tightly together even when bolts are tightened. The instructions literally say that if the holes don’t line up, drill the holes bigger or drill new holes. What the… Are they serious? It’s like they’re almost saying, “We know our manufacturing process is so bad that it’s common for things to not fit well together so you may have to alter the materials we sent you.”I’d give it only one star but the materials themselves are a good heavy-duty quality so… I suppose two stars might be somewhat fitting.

Very heavy duty 10x17' but not very bouncy :(
The trampoline arrived in good condition. I put it together in about 3 hours, excluding the netting. (I haven't felt like fooling with all the cheap electrical tape to hold it together.) But it is very sturdy and very heavy. Great!I threw my 180lbs on it with as much force as I could and found it difficult to get more than a couple of feet off the mat. I can do that on the ground. I was guessing (and hoping) it might be sort-of inner tension in the heavy duty mat that might convert some of my kinetic energy into heat rather than returning my bounce (maybe it just needs to be broken in?). It certainly is not the frame flexing because it is a really heavy duty frame. I guess I haven't ruled out crappy springs.I tried some alternate spring configurations and the one that seems to help a little is to remove every 3rd spring. Maybe next year, after the mat is broken in, I'll reinstall all the springs and check that out.

Lifetime frame warranty is a scam - DO NOT BUY THIS
Bought this in 2019 and now in 2024 the bracket that holds up one of the support columns has completely split apart and no longer holds the pole for the safety netting. Sent in pictures for the frame/bracket and was told if I wanted a new rail that I would have to pay for it to be shipped, minimum of $85 to start. Plus the netting tensions poles at top that snapped were not included either. I would have to just duct tape them together or pay for all new netting too. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT STAND BEHNIND THEIR WARRANTY. Customer Service guy would not give me his name, claimed he was the boss/owner when I asked to speak to someone else and he said pay for it or you get nothing. WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER ITEM FROM THIS COMPANY.

WORST Purchase Ever!!!!!! Horrible customer service👎
We purchased this trampoline Aug 2019 and Amazon assembled it in Sept 2019. In October 2019 we had a windy rainstorm and this galvanized piece of junk broke into pieces at every crappy weld site. The lifetime frame warranty covers ABSOLUTELY NOTHING in reality. I was told to hire a local welder and order all new replacement pieces from the seller to the tune of well more than the initial cost. We did end up attempting to repair the whole thing and wasted a LOT more money! Do yourself a favor and skip this purchase! I can’t seem to upload the photos to my review, but please feel free to message me for them.
