This quality product i used for overcome my inflammation problem weight loss it has useful benefits comes in tablet but please its generally used by adult i wont recommend product for child for this you have to ask the doctor cause its a heavy dose for child that can effect their body lole constipation gas problem so worth supplement for adult only.

Useless product. Ate almost half the bottle but didn't feel any benefit in digestion or energy.
