It’s a rip-off.
The product has never worked. We are requesting a full refund. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. How can Amazon allow sellers like this to sell products under its name and damage Amazon’s reputation? The touchscreen does not work at all. I cannot even use the phone. Receiving a product that is defective from the moment it arrives is completely unacceptable. I expect a full refund as soon as possible.

Phone will switch off and will not work totally
Very bad experience with less than 5 months the phone suddenly switched off without any reason, no fall down, no hot weather, just suddenly switched off The refurbishment quality is bad

Fraud
After 3 months of use, screen was broken. In apple shop, they explained me the iPhone was absolutely restored with no original pieces. I want my money back. It is fraud

What else should I review? The display and backside of the mobile may have been opened but not installed properly, duplicate charger cable, wallet does not work.
