My children love fried chicken and this has been my go to batter for the last few months since I discovered it. No need to marinate or add spices to the chicken before dipping in batter. It’s already added in the flour mixture. I just fry them up, take them out and sprinkle just a bit of salt on them. It’s that simple. We love the taste of the pepper and garlic. It isn’t too overpowering. Just perfect.
