This exercise system is so much fun, carnival season is just around the corner and I am seeing the results after only 2 weeks of use. It’s very easy to assemble, the motion is as natural as using a regular hula hoop. Functionality gets a 10/10, to adjust size is as easy and removal of links is super easy also. Build quality far exceeded my expectations, the links feel very sturdy and strong, the weight is heavy enough to make the rotation feel effortless when momentum is gained.

This is a nice weighted hoop. Easy to use and smooth spinning weight. A little difficult to take on and off. Wish it had a better mechanism for hooking links together. Swings easily and is super quiet. Like that it has plenty of extra links. Have been using for a couple weeks and seems to be holding up well. I am a beginner, glad I purchased this hoop.

I'm always looking for a fun way to exercise. I get bored of the treadmill quick so like to see what else I can do. Out of the box, It is super easy to assemble. I love the vibrant colors! All it takes is a little squeeze near the insert points and you can remove or add extra links if needed. When researching this, I definitely looked at the reviews. Almost all of them mention how quiet it was and it is advertised as quiet. I can tell you that it is super quiet! I don't have to turn up my TV to compensate for the noise because I rarely even notice it. It fits snugly on the waist and it's fairly comfortable. I definitely could have sized down but glad I have the extra links in case I wear bulky clothing or someone else wants to use it. It does take a little bit getting used to to keep the hoop going. There's definitely a trick to it but once you got it it's smooth sailing. After 10 minutes. I definitely had a rise in heart rate And my legs were burning a bit. Definitely different than the treadmill! It held up really well and I feel it is quite durable. Hoping to do this a little bit everyday to aid with my weight loss journey.

Was obviously used before it came to me, as there are several scuffs on the weight. Came in box that was unsealed. But, seems hearty, and nice quality. Was delivered quicker than expected. Connects are sturdy, but easy to put together/ take apart. I used it for 30min, and I definitely feel like I worked out.
