Changed to these from the higher priced brand. This works better for me. Capsule is kind of large, but it keeps my stomach settled. I haven't noticed a taste from these, and the ingredients are the same as my previous brand, but without the "overdosing" amounts.

Ease of swallowing.

There have been older studies and recent documentation suggesting high(er) doses of Nattokinase appears to have contributed to normalization of blood pressure and possibly reduction of arterial plaque of up to 33%. Studies of this nature were not totally "controlled", and the most widely documented was 10,800FU for the beneficial results. Considering the price/dosage ratio, I have been using this product for a few months. While I cannot personally verify the quality or current results of this product compared to others, I found this product to be the most affordable for the approximate 10,800FU daily dosage.

I have been using this product for several months and it's slowly showing some good results. The size if easy to swallow and the capsules do not have any taste or smell.

The product is highly beneficial, particularly for individuals with IBS. I have rated it 3 stars; however, I must mention that two capsules arrived opened, causing the entire container to become dusty. As a result, I lost 3 capsules from my total count.

Excellent product for helping digestion!

I do not need the full 1,000 mg so this is a good price and will last a long time when using only 333 mg that my body needs.
