It was good but didnt need it

it works! i was able to peep inside, see what it looks like in there, and remove some clog. even discovered an inflamed spot. it is still difficult to see everything within the crevices, but this makes it a whole lot safer to try and clean thoroughly. the nub tips are safer than the metal ones too. i wish i got this years ago. thnx.

The product was just like the photos but the camera quality wasn’t good

It sucks, it’s bipolar one day it works the next day it doesn’t and the device actually tries to use the WiFi so it’s stupid, the whole connection to WiFi is just flat out bad it should’ve been Bluetooth and it’s a waste of money even if you reconnect the WiFi, restart your phone and delete then reinstalling the app it’ll do the same exact thing as shown on video. I wish I could get a refund bc it’s an utter waste of money and it barely works you’re much better off buying from another drop shipper bc it switched back and forth from home page to the actual page where it shows you the live feed

Lost my Bebird a few weeks ago and finally decided to replace it. Well, let me tell you we got a heck of a deal and a huge upgrade regarding camera, by making this brand purchase. It has much longer battery life, a great clear image! Downside, terrible instruction paper. I really need a lot clear visuals and some well written step by step instructions, these were not. I would have thought they just didn’t work like other reviewers if this had been my first ear scope purchase. The tiny print alone was awful. The only reason I had success, was that I had learned the basics with an excellent instruction pamphlet, it was just intuitive. If it is your first purchase and are stuck (don’t give up) try going to manuals.com and read a more in-depth brand manual, they all operate about the same.

Haven’t used for wax, it is cool to check the ear canal.

I have ear problems, and I really, really loved this little camera because it has truly solved many issues I’ve had with them. It works very well, it’s very functional, and it’s not hard to use at all—I love it. Honestly, it’s one of the best purchases I’ve ever made for my ear care.
