It was a nice quality carrier, unfortunately didn't work for my dog. My dog was bigger than I thought, which is my fault for not properly measuring. Didn't have the chance to return it in time, so we will be donating it to the local animal shelter.

I do not recommend this carrier at all. When I received this two days before my flight, the seams were ripped before I even had a chance to unpackage it. I wish I had listened to the other reviewers. Live and learn. I'm sure some carriers sent out are ok, but the one I received sure wasn't.

Too flimsy not stable at all.

I was doubtful as to rather I should order the carrying case because the price was descent. I thought it would be made of cheap material. When it arrived, I was totally surprised. Very satisfied with the material and I love the expandable sides. My puppy doesn't feel confined when I let out the sides. Brilliant idea!

It’s super uncomfortable, super flimsy (doesn’t stand up) basically he feels inprisioned inside of it. Also, it’s hard, who the heck glycolysis rest on such a hard surface!? He doesn’t unusually cry but when he’s in here, he cries and cries and he’s calm for the most part. He can’t even fall asleep while in the car. Do your self a favor and do not buy this cheap product. splurge on your fur baby for their extra comfort on their extensive travels. This is a BIG NO. DO BOT BUY!

Like all the mesh windows for Kitty to see out. She did not yowl at all on the plane trip of 1 hour. Meets picky Westjet requirements perfectly, so should be OK on other airlines. The pullout extensions will be great on long car trips.

This bag is small, even with all the panels expanded. The strap and it hardware seems very cheap and brittle. But I used it to transport my cat and worked great. And it was very inexpensive. So you get what you pay for. It has held up well for now.

Kitten loves it. The car ride not so much. I haven’t had a chance to store this away though because he likes sleeping on top when the top opening is zipped closed. A bed and a carrier all in one, who knew.
