I go through a lot of meringue powder for my sugar skulls, so this is the way to go. No more running out! Works great for royal icing, and for my sugar skulls.

I was little worried about trying a new brand of meringue powder, but I am SO glad I did! This product is way cheaper than what I had been using and it performs perfectly for my royal icing that I use to decorate sugar cookies. I have a cookie business and I am very happy with the results from this meringue powder, I will continue to buy it!

Let me start off nice. the consistency is really good I love it. the taste HORRIBLE ! taste like the smell of soap . like you taste it and you feel like you tasted soap . idk what else to compare the taste but i don't recommend. now the gel colors are great but this right here Horrible .
