These energy shots are great for pre-workout as they have a massive amount of caffeine, more than most single servings of pre-work outs out there. It really helped sustain a longer work out and productive pump. I also really like that it's only 2 fluid ounces of liquid. It's easily packable in your gym bag or pocket, and it won't fill you full up. Pre-work out powders have to be mixed with normally around 8 ounces of water and for those who do cardio like running, it's difficult when you just drank so much liquid. It's a colorless clear liquid that has a very slight tangy berry flavor. It's comparable to drinking a boiled down concentrated flavor water, so it is pretty sweet. Overall it's a good flavor and makes it easy to go down. I'm very happy with these shots and I expect it will give me a massive boost in muscle growth due to the energy it provides.

Definitely a great shot to take before hitting the gym or powering through a long day at work. Each shot has 300mg of caffeine, which is equivalent to about 3 cups of coffee, so I know I'll get that boost of energy.The shot is surprisingly good for a zero-calorie option. It isn't crazy sweet like some energy shots I've had, but it's still sweet enough and fairly easy to drink.Each bottle is packaged well with a plastic seal and a twist cap. The flavor tastes like blueberry with a slight carbonation and a medicinal aftertaste. The flavor is quite condensed.Overall, the energy shot is pretty strong, and the caffeine does hit. I either use this to start my workday, or I dilute it with water to bring it to the gym.

These energy shots have a little more caffeine than the Celsius I typically drink so they weren't completely overwhelming for me. They have a couple vitamins included as well which I'm sure helps the delivery as well. Flavor is better than those 5 Hour energy shots and doesn't have a bad chemical taste to it. It is sweet but I'm sure that is to help hide the flavor of everything inside this little bombs. Can definitely feel the energy boost and it lasts at least 3-4 hours before starting to come down.

Purchased through Vine as I morning coffee drinker, but don't always have the time to make it. I also don't always enjoy a hot coffee during the warm months. I have had a couple of these at this point, however they do not taste great. I don't find myself grabbing one in the morning because I don't like the taste. I do get the energy boost from drinking these as expected.

This is a big shot of energy in a small container. It contains a whopping 300 mg of caffeine in addition to other energy boosters. After drinking one of these I felt much more alert. This does not seem like a particularly healthy drink though and I would not personally drink more than one of these every few days. The taste is is not bad but it does make my tongue feel a little numb possibly due to all the caffeine. I did find out that I am somewhat resistant to caffeine and did not feel as much of a jolt of energy as someone who is less used to caffeine.
