This product works okay, I had to use 3 tablet on my tea kettle, now the recommended dose is 1 tablet per 500ml. My kettle it is 1.7 liters. At first I used 2 but didn’t clean it all the way. You are supposed to have the water at 50F and let is sit for 30 minutes.The other thing is when I bought the tablets the first time around, it said 2 day free delivery but it never arrived. Amazon took my review down when I complained about their customer service that promised me to keep the item if it arrives and issue me a refund. Well the item was actually cancelled by Amazon after we called. We are the consumers and Amazon should acknowledge this. Customer it is always right.I pay for a membership to provide you honest reviews and not to take them down when is convenient to your organization!!

Wry Effective
These work like a charm for de-scaling my kettle. I have very hard water and would build up thick scale quickly in my kettle. These completely clean it on one treatment.
