Perhaps the best cashew cream I've ever tasted.Have been using it instead of dairy in Indian recipes (like Dal Bukhara)... and eating it straight from the jar!

I’m always looking for alternative nut butters because I can’t have peanuts. This roasted cashew cream is literally creamed cashews. The value is good considering how hard cashews are to harvest and process. I enjoyed this on my morning toast.

Yummy! Wow, this is such a delicious roasted cashew cream! It's only one ingredient: roasted cashews from Vietnam. So do note, it has a slight natural sweetness but not very sweet at all. I do like mixing a little honey on mine when I put it on bread and it makes it even more yummy! Since this is only cashews, it would be great to use for Indian dishes that call for cashews like curries or kormas! Also note that you do need to stir it as there is natural separation, but the jar is large enough to stir with ease. I love this so much that I will be buying other nut butters from this brand as they do offer a great variety of single ingredient nut butters!

This is very nice tasting cashew butter in a properly sealed glass jar. There is a bit of settling with this , but a good stir gets the whole thing going again. I really enjoyed this, and on a variety of food items. Also, this has no added ingredients, but it tastes really good, and also super smooth texture with this.

I'm a huge fan of cashews and honestly don't think they need anything else dressing them up, so this nut butter only containing one ingredient is a dream come true. This is an Italian product, and the glass jar came in an external box to ensure it arrived in good condition. The jar lid had a satisfying 'pop' which assured me it was sealed.The cashew cream itself is delightful. It neither has nor needs any added sugar, salt, oil, or anything else. At room temperature, it's almost liquid, so I stored it in the refrigerator to make it easier to spread on bread and toast. It's not perfectly creamy - I would call it closer to a cashew butter, as it has little bits of solid cashew in it. It tastes excellent and fresh. Highly recommended!

I wasnt sure how this would be, but my favorite nut is cashew, and I like peanut butter.I will say, it's super sticky in your mouth if you take a giant spoonful 😂 but it's so delightful.It has some crunchy bits, but much finer than crunchy peanut butter bits. Its a bit thinner than peanut butter, I'd guess that's why it's called cashew cream. It tastes exactly like freshly ground up cashews. I like how it's not got that typical sweet/salty hint to it. My husband is excited to make a Mafe (a west African peanut and tomato stew) with this, but we will have to order more. I think it will go great in that!I'm planning on attempting a salad dressing with it tomorrow. But on toasted bread, it's awesome. Seriously, if you haven't tried cashew butter/cream.. you're missing out!
