Best Beach Umbrella Sand Anchor

Excellent design. Easy to use. Had my eye on this for a while and finally splurged on it. Worth every penny!

Finally!! An anchor that works. And I mean WORKS! I only have the shovel anchor, not the replacement pole. It fits INSIDE of my umbrella bag! Fabulous!

Although I can’t speak yet about the Long lasting quality of this product, so far it’s been great! We have been through multiple beach umbrellas over the last three years living in Florida. Our last umbrella is a large 8 foot (not this brand) and in great shape; however, the bottom post bent and broke. It was a shame to throw the whole thing away and replace it, so I found this replacement pole (the only one we could find). I thought it was a bit pricey for just one piece, as we could replace the whole thing for almost the same amount. But with the first use, we really liked it. The shovel made it easy to dig the hole and then anchor the whole thing, although the winds weren’t high, so that test is yet to come. We have been through many of the screw-type anchors and they either break, or just plain don’t work well. We were A bit concerned that it would be difficult to remove from the sand, but we just followed the instructions, and no problem. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because we thought it was a bit pricey for just a replacement piece. But I will revise to 5 if it holds up after multiple uses.

Used at the beach several times. Stood up well even under windy conditions. No issues with umbrella flying away; would recommend this product.

I like that it has a shovel to dig out the sand. Then when you lay it flat and place the umbrella, it stays put. You don't have to worry about the wind, turning it into a missile and it avoids injuries. It's worth the money and saves on hassle. I had no idea this thing even existed and I'm surprised that it's not made available in seasonal shops. I do not know if it is rest resistant, but all I know is if you clean off the sand, you should be fine. I just got this device and I have no idea how many years it will last but it's still worth it for the safety factor.

I bought as a replacement base post for my original dig-git umbrella that I absolutely Love. I overused the original shovel for other things so it was no fault of the manufacturer. It is the only umbrella I have ever had that does not blow away and the beach I go to gets gust up to 18-20 mph. Great customer service as well!
