This is a comfortable and secure product - as close to 'natural' underwear as one can get. It works well, absorbent, helpful during nightime - and daytine too as needed. I never took these things seriously until I had a friend who used them. So I bought a package and put it in my closet and continued my use of panty liners, which were not really working. Then I had hip surgery and was not able to get to the restroom quickly. So I pulled the package out and tried one. Wow! So comfortable! So convenient! They hold a bladder full and never leak. They don't show bulges thru my clothes. Everything stays in place. I'm a believer!

When my wife came down with Parkinson's control of body functions became a big concern. We tried some cheaper ones with sticky tabs on each side and with her poor hand control it was too much trouble trying to put them on. These undergarments are comfortable, dependable, and not too expensive. There are no tabs.. they just pull up like underwear. Only issue is that some of the padding inside sometimes gets dislodged, and sticks out. She tried taping it but gave up on that... it wasn't a big problem. So I took off a star for that.
