I think this is a great book there are many pictures and instructions 😀 However the copy I got was badly damaged 😥 but I just put tape and called it a day.

和菓子が作れないかなあと思って、買ってみました。 とても専門的で、細かく作り方が書いてあり、特に、あんこのつくり方が、大変そうで、和菓子は下手に作るよりも、買ったほうが良さそうだと思いました。 和菓子の職人さんが、どんなことを心がけているかとか、こんなにも、大変な仕事をしていることに、感心しました。 写真など美しい本でしたから、見ていて楽しいことは確かで、気に入りましたが、ど素人の私にはちょっとレベルが高すぎたかもしれないと思い、星をひとつ減らしました。
