Top value trainer with some issues
Ordered 7 of these as practice balls for 2 rec teams I help coach. Tired of tending to the kids' flat, leaking, wrong size, etc. and looking for some consistency in the equipment. I initially ordered a GoSports 6 pack for $50, those were plasticky toys and returned. Most balls under $20 are cheap PVC, maybe a replica club ball if on sale. These are really decent, playable PU balls, with some issues: - The balls are not round immediately. They have a thick, 4.5mm cover and foam padding that deforms a bit in the deflated state. Pump them up to 10psi and they look eggish at first. Let them sit for a couple of days. Deflate to 9psi and they are ready to play. - Other reviews indicate the thick cover is subject to dent/puncture type damage when hitting sharp objects. Time will tell. - 2 of the 7 were still not fully round after several days inflated and will need to be returned. - The regular Impel were $13, I couldn't find the Impel Plus on Prime and these Impel Max were $18. I imagine the regular Impel would be similar to the Max, only difference is the hyperseam bonding and color pattern. There is some residual glue at the Max seams, but is rubbed or pulled off easily. - These are the 2018 version and new color patterns were released in 2021, if that matters to you. Look to be the same ball construction. Take the minimal time to check and prep these soccer balls and you'll have the best value trainer under $20. The thick cover makes the ball softer and safer for U12-U5 kids learning headers. The Vimini texture is grippy and helps with control over the slick low end balls. The bonded seams will be more waterproof. All 7 I ordered held air well over the course of a week. The Select #10 balls we use for scrimmage and match play are definitely of a higher quality but need to be pumped up regularly and cost almost triple. If the club or school were paying, I would've ordered those. On my dime, I looked at dozens of soccer balls under $25 and chose these as the best balance of cost and quality for our needs.

LOVE THIS BALL!! THAT BALANCED DIFFERENTIAL2NORMAL FORCE FORCE-SPIN DOEEEE
Often times, when it comes to balls, this Ball is making me realize that THEY'RE NOT AT ALL BALANCED; What this means is that, when you apply a Forward Force on-to the Ball, the Ball will ACTUALLY be Weak, and thus respond HEAVILY to your Touch, as opposed to, essentially, nullifying or maintaining its Own Center-Of-Gravity, and that's one thing I REALLLY Love about this Ball; This is ideal for Development of BOTH One's Dominating/Leading Foot and Subtle/Steering Foot. Secondly, the Material of the Ball; It's SUPER Pliable; those folk who complained about the lines on the Ball were simply Ignorant to the Fact that THAT's ACTUALLY WANT YOU WANT TO SEE; You want to think of this like your Car Tire; the Plastic Material that encases the actual Metallic Wheel, is Produced and Built in such a Way that, whenever somthing that coud be DETRIMENTAL to the Overall Sound Function and Operation of the Wheel occurs, like a Nail puncturing the TIre for example, it FOLDS UPON ITSELF, Thereby Attempting to TRAP, FIRST, the Object of Intrusion, AND THEN, the giving off of Air. It's the SAME Material, IMO, that this Ball is made with and I think it's going to Contribute to a Long Use Time, which is something I'm ALWAYS on the Lookout for Finally, on Weight; It's niceee and HUGE, so I realllly have to be Intentional when it comes to Dribbling, Possession, and Ball Control and I feel like it's ONLY going to work in my Favor; 11/10:: Oh; quick Useful Definitions🤓: Passing - to transfer ball control and possession from oneself to a team member Shooting - to aim, target, and fire the ball in a particular direction Dribbling - to maintain ball control in a state of continuous movement Ball Control - to maintain 360° Vision and Field-Of-Awareness AND be in possession of the ball Shielding - to prevent an opponent team member from gaining ball control Ball Dis-possession - to lose possession of the ball So yah; I feel like I could DEFFFFF STOMP THE YARD and Take On The World, on some Jinchuuriki Ish, with Dis One🤓 ;) Cheers xx

Good quality ball for the price point.
I like the texture, slight padding below the patchwork surface, good stitching. Nice weight at 6.5 PSI, feels rigid yet lightweight. 8 PSI can feel too stiff, but it still maintains a lightweight feel. The yellow color is vibrant and the painted design peach tone color adds a subtle contrast. Takes a nice overall round shape after properly inflating the ball and rolls in a balanced manner. The size is accuarte for the #5 ball category. I find this ball as an excellent training ball for drills and scrimmages. Use will be for 13U youth soccer. Great value at this economical price point.

Nice padding
This is a good ball for practicing headers, juggling and volley as it has a little softer padding. Is this a game ball? Nope. But works well for individual practice. And the price is great for if you are just crushing it against a brick wall as you practice first touch, as it won’t break the bank to replace. Color makes it easier to find

Best bang for the buck. These are fantastic training balls
We've ordered two sets of these balls over the years. My son plays soccer at a pretty high level. And he needs bags of balls for shooting practice. And these are perfect. These are very good high quality balls at a reasonable price. You won't find balls this good in the stores at this price point. These are not the cheap plastic soft balls. These are basically game day quality balls and they last a long time. Like I said we've ordered these twice. The first batch lasted him a long time. But he gives them a pounding. Very happy with the second batch as well. Same ball, same quality.

Best training balls that I've found!
These Mitre balls are the best bang for your buck that I've found. My kids went through 10 other balls from other brands for their training until we found these. The material actually lasts and holds air very well.
