Well made, looks great and exactly what I have been looking for for over two years. Fast delivery. No assembly needed either.

First of all I have to say that this was the best delivery experience ever. I ordered the item on 20th February & delivery was estimated at a week. It arrived on the morning of February 23rd. The step ladder is a little chunkier than it appears in the image. I've been using a paint spattered aluminium ladder around the house to reach books, change light bulbs etc. I've been looking for an antique step ladder for several years and they're not only expensive but I worry about how safe they are. When I looked online for a new product this was the only option for me, it's well designed and attractive and the handrail is essential for an older person like myself.. The steps are ridged so they're not slippery AND they're made in Italy, They're described as brown, they're actually a pale golden brown. I'm very pleased with them.

All I wanted was a simple set of steps that would work in the kitchen, and would make reaching curtain rails and ceiling light fittings easy, but without looking naff. This set of steps does exactly that.I bought the three-step version, which is perfect for what I wanted. It's solidly built from hard wood, and looks good too. Being wood, it's relatively heavy, at around 6kg, but it looks like a piece of furniture.The fittings are solid, and operate smoothly when opening and closing. When closed, it can be stored in a very small space, being just 10.5cm deep.It may not be the cheapest set of household steps, but I rate them the best I've seen. And they should last a very long time.

Beautiful cherry wood ladder .......well made, attractive to look at ....will be used around the home with pleasure. Delivery was only a few days after ordering. Well packed and delivered via UPS. Happy to recommend.

Got this to be able to reach the high shelves in my wardrobe. It's perfect, stable & feels safe to climb (even up on the top rung). It folds & unfolds easily. And it looks good.

I had difficulty getting this information, so have included it for benefit of other potential buyers: top platform 80cm high; top hand rail height 140cm, overall height when closed 148cm, 48cm wide, steps 20/42/63cm high and 6.5cm deep, spread of legs 78cm, 7.5 cm deep when closedThis is a beautifully made ladder, very sturdy, the hand rail is a real benefit and lovely to hold. Has a polished (but not slippy feel, but then it is Italian.Remember this is wood so it is not lightweight like aluminium, this is a "best" ladder not a "splash paint on it" workman's ladder. Looks great in our new kitchen and I feel confident going to my high cupboards.
