Good quality. I have read that most of us aren't taking a high enough dose for improvement. 10,000 was recommended. So I take two or three a day, early first thing in the morning. I take this instead of glucosamine or such. Works well for my joints. I have noticed sugar intake increases pain, so I expect nothing can stop that during holiday indulgence or sugar increase times. But keeping sugar low plus Natto, not abusing your joints with unnatural amounts of exercise, does improve the joints.
