These fit as described, allowing a 20mm strap to be fitted to a watch with 18mm lugs. The quality is good. They look good, are strong, and should last forever. The main issue I had is that when fitted on a one-piece strap (like a military strap), the watch is kind of floppy and the tips of this adapter kind of poke into my wrist. This is just a wrong application and the adapters work perfectly with a two-piece watch strap. The other thing to be aware of is that if the spring bar holes in your watch lugs are too far recessed from the tip of the lug, this adapter may not be able to reach them. This may be more common on bulkier watches. For the right application, these can be very good.
