Good looking training set
It appears to be good quality, I haven't actually used it just yet though. I like that it includes the finger strength things because that will help with one of my other hobbies as well.I'll update this review after I get to try it out.

Wish the bands were adjustable length
Ordered these in hopes of providing a little extra resistance training for our volleyball player. I love that everything comes in a nice little carrying bag. Very portable which is nice. The ankle and wrist straps are sturdy and adjustable. The bands have worked great for some other strengthening exercises, but used as pictured in the ad they don’t do much. Maybe if you are purchasing for a player that is over 6 ft tall, otherwise they are too loose when used in ready position. Would be great if the set came with a variety of lengths for different exercises. Still putting it to use, but maybe not in the way that was intended.

Great resistance training
I don't play volleyball but use them to stretch and train for golf! Helps alot!

Great resistance bands, perfect for training
These resistance bands are perfect to increase performance and help with resistance training. Great value for the money, very easy to use. The size was great, and they looked great. Very sturdy and durable. Can use for regular training or for volleyball training.

Great tool to have and my 14 year old daughter has already gotten a lot of use out of this!
My daughter is getting ready for her freshman year and needed something to help her train over the summer. We found this item and could not be happier with it so far. Great tool to have and my 14 year old daughter has already gotten a lot of use out of this!
