Overall the product is very beneficial for your body and has helped a lot during the day. I do recommend if you have bloating around the mid-section.

I really appreciate this is Kosher/Pareve, and Made in the USA by a family-owned small business.Directions say to take one capsule at bedtime for gentle support, or two on an empty stomach for irregular or digestive discomfort. Always with 8oz of water! The pills are average size capsules with no noticable taste or smell.Notable ingredients:- Chebulic Myrobalan Fruit Powder is supposed to help with constipation, gas, and bloating. It is said to remove toxins and keep the digestive system on track.- Amla Fruit Powder is a natural alkaline, and supposed to improve digestive processes- Belleric Myrobalan Fruit Powder is used to help with constipation, indigestion, and diarrhea.- Cape Aloe Leaf Powder is historically used as a laxative.- Bacillus Coagulans Complex is a probiotic that is supposed to aid quicker metabolism.The container has 60 capsules for about $20. After taking nightly, I didn't notice anything unusual or especially cleansing. I tried with two and still nothing, which was kind a disappointing. YMMV?

With colon cancer being on the rise in younger people I have been really trying to do cleansing about 2 times a year. I've been using Zahler brand supplements and find them to be effective. I love how this plant based and a more gentle cleanse. Capsules are always easier than doing tinctures... recommend

This appears to be a thoughtfully formulated blend that's meant to support "Healthy and Regular Elimination" by a company that's been around for awhile, and it's reassuring to me that this product is sold by a few major retailers. Safety wise, I like to review the manufacturer/distributor for Transparency, Accountability and Quality.Transparency: Advanced Nutrition by Zahler apperars to have been around since at least 2014 (9 years). They claim to be a 3rd Generation company which started with their founder Rachel Zahler (PhD, so a smart lady, though we aren’t told in what field). She started with “one on one consultations” and the family business grew from there. Their products are sold on Vitacost, GNC, and Target. The blog “Mamanatural” featured a Zahler prenatal product alongside a reputable Thorne company product.Accountability: On the PRNewswire 2016 they claimed to be “Kosher Parve Under Strict Supervision of Rabbi SH. Stern and the Orthodox Union", and that "Every vitamin developed by Zahler® is manufactured and bottled in a state-of-the-art GMP certified facility". On their web site they claim "We have a strict quality control process that meets or exceeds the rigorous quality standards of the U. S. Food and Drug Administration We only have our products manufactured in facilities that are compliant with all regulations and that have taken the extra step to invite third party auditors into their facility to assure compliance.Quality: This product appears to be marketed as *Gentle* gut support to be taken daily (or as recommended by your doctor.) These ingredients are generally at lower doses than I saw recommended for a more urgent situations, but the bottle does suggest that for "Digestive Discomfort and Regularity support" that it can be taken twice a day. This also contains the probiotic Bacillus Coagulans, at 1 Billion CFU, which appears to be a commonly suggested amount. These are tan capsules with a very mild, neutral scent.I suspect that the probiotic could be the real workhorse of this supplement, and $20 seems like a fairly reasonable price for a two month supply. I also like that you can take it twice a day if you really need to.
