made a jerk paste
add oil and a little sugar and it makes a great paste/marinade. good flavor and there is a fair amount, a bit spendy, but no salt! Not real hot, i add hot chilies for balance. we like it.

Great enhancement to any rub!
I use this item it enhance any of my rubs. Adds a little sweetness to the flavor. I highly recommend this product!

Potent and great flavor
This has incredible depth of flavor - it's also got quite a kick. If you put it on liberally, it can be overwhelming, but it also works really well as a seasoning component. I'll use a pinch of it, along with garlic powder, salt, pepper and the flavor is fantastic.

It's so delicious you can't screw it up if you throw-in oregano Thyme and garlic
The flavor is off the chart. I used it in a Jamaican jerk shrimp recipe. I plan to try it as a pork rub. Try it with peanut butter powder and it becomes a satay

Jerking good!
This Jamaican Jerk seasoning takes you right to Jamaica! It smells great, rubs easy and works well in the skillet and on the bbq. We are pescaterians so haven't tried it on meat, but its oh so good on seafood!

The Best Jerk Seasoning!
Seriously the best Jerk seasoning I have found to date. The quality for the price is amazing and very low salt. It's spicy as well so be wary of how much you use. Would gladly buy again!
