VEVOR Heat Press

I coach a U10 Boys soccer team. We’ve done really well the past 2 seasons and the parents were wanting team swag to wear to the game.I was quoted $47 per shirt online!! That’s nuts! The cost of this press + the blank shirts + the DTF transfers allows me to make 31 shirts for $14.50/eaI did have to learn to slow down. Once I pressed the DTF transfers into the shirt (320 degrees for 30 seconds) I had to carefully move them to the table and let them cool for 10 minutes. Otherwise the DTF transfers would lift off the shirt. I imagine the super thick cotton shirt material was what was giving me trouble as dri-fit shirts (270 degrees for 15) worked perfectly and could be peeled within a minute or two.Either way, happy to do this for my team parents and saved a lot of money!Heat was consistent, timer worked great, smell was minimal

The heat press seemed OK when I first got it, But soon learned that it will tip over because it’s unbalanced and it does not heat evenly. I’ve had to turn my materials different ways to get the maximum amount of heat in order for my products to be of quality. Have had a couple of projects ruined due it not heating evenly. Would not recommend.

Part of this press the post in the back) are made of plastic so rather than having the pressure needed for pressing HTV the plastic bends. Every single item I have pressed had the vinyl peel right off. I waited too long to use it, so it was too late to return, and this thing is useless. Very regrettable purchase as it does not function properly.

This has worked great so far. Love how it swings out of the way completely to prevent injuries. I've found when I have the press dialed so it's at a high upper position it topples a bit as other user have mentioned. But there is no need for me to keep it or use it at this high position. Turning the dial so the press is lower (the setting I use it for anyways) prevents any unwanted tipping.I did expect the count down timer to work automatically when I engaged the pressure but that was not the case. I have to manually press the down arrow after engaging the press to start the countdown. But this doesn't bother me. Glad I made the purchase. So much easier than trying to use a household iron!

Instructions included were not helpful as the controls on mine were different. It took several attempts to get correct instructions. Finally, I had it working and found more problems-- it didn't seem to heat evenly as HTV adhered in some areas and not others during the same press; if I let the top section swing all the way to the back, the press was unbalanced and would tip over; the tension adjuster was very difficult to turn and I never did get it heavy enough for one project. Sure, the price is good but I suppose you get what you pay for. Giving 3 stars was being generous.

A couple of things: 1) the instruction are basically nonexistent. (Plug it in, turn it on hit the mode button). You actually need to do more than that, but I was able to figure it out. 2) although it doesn’t seem like it, it tips over when completely opened, so I added some weights under it-see pictures.. 3) there is no “mode” button. This part is confusing. You press the “set” button. You set the time and temp using the up and down buttons but where the green numbers are( even though it says temp where the red numbers are). Once you set the temp you want, press the set button again so you can set the time. Do it again to set everything and again to start. The top (red numbers) show the temp now and the green show the time. I used my phone for the timer because I didn’t trust it. I waited for the 50 seconds I wanted but never heard a beep. I will try again to see if that feature actually works. I suggest watching a YouTube video if you need help setting the temp and time. That’s what I did..

I researched a lot before finally settling on this heat press. I read every review I could get my hands on for heat press machines and couldn't be happier with my choice! This machine is easy to operate and I love the swing away top plate and pull out bottom plate. It goes a long way toward avoiding burns. The timer has worked perfectly and the sublimation prints I have done have been wonderful! Incredibly easy to set up and use. HIGHLY recommend this product if you are searching for a heat press for sublimation!

This product arrived looking slightly used , it had a scratch on it . Also it tips over and is loose when it swivels around and the plate sits unevenly making the press unevenly distributed the bottom 4 inches pretty much get little to no heat and pressure . Would not recommend
