Nice change to the powder

So far so good! It says take 5 but I'm only taking 2 because that's all I need. Wish they weren't so big but it's not a deal breaker. If you take it after a workout, make sure you do within 30 min for max benifits. Overall Its awesome!

These days creatine has been micronized and you can get it in gummy format which is more convenient than powder but this powder definitely packed a punch. Been a fan of this brand
