Love it

Back story. I'm 54yr old male. I get up at 4am to be at work at 5am until 4pm. I come home brain dead, mentally and physically tired and I can't do squat when I'm home. I usually have to take a nap just to be able to clear my head. Been taking this for about 3 weeks. 3 capsules in the morning with breakfast. First thing I noticed was the frequent times I need to urinate from about 6am to about 11am and it's not the normal I gotta go, it's I got to go now and it's bladder emptying long. I feel more alert in the morning. I also take a Shilajit Dry Drop at lunch time and this review is a combination of both supplements. I now come home and take less time to decompress and I'm able to stay awake until bedtime. Mental focus is much better and the energy to accomplish things after work has greatly improved.

Noticeable difference

Previously I had written a review citing the company's slow shipment ... it was definitely slow, just not as bad as the revised communication indicated, so I wanted to bump up the rating I posted a bit.
