Pandora Bead 797014 Silver Woman Murano Glass Enchanted Garden

I have just received my Pandora charm and I am very disappointed that it has arrived in a horrible plastic pouch and not a Pandora box. This is a gift and now I need to sort out something to put it in.It really is the ‘little’ things that distinguish quality products from cheap counterparts. I expected more from such a well known brand The bead itself is beautiful.I brought via Amazon as I knew I could count on the delivery service!

The charm was luvly but I was not impressed by the way it had been packaged. The jiffy envelope was very flimsy & the gift box included was squashed so very difficult 2 put 2gether which was disappointing as I had bought the charm as a present for my mum.

I bought this as a present for my sons girlfriend the charm itself was sweet though the detailing in minute! You really need a magnifying glass to see it properly. I know she’ll like it so that’s okay, however though the parcel arrived on time the box came flat with no tissue paper and the box didn’t fold up properly and was flimsy and had gaps where the charm could fall out! Lovely charm but put together your own packaging - disappointed considering the cost.

Bought for a friend’s birthday. The bead itself is gorgeous and the small details on the design were lovely. However, don’t expect the usual pandora packaging: the box it came in was flimsy cardboard and the guarantee wasn’t in English. This didn’t bother me, but might affect some people’s decision to buy.

Liked the charm but the box was poor! ordered for a birthday gift. Had to use a box I already had from a previous purchase from pandora shop, to make the gift look nicer in a proper box!

A very pretty bead which the recipient was happy to add to her charm bracelet.It's a shame Pandora haven't found a way of presenting these beautiful charms rather than just in a little plastic bag.

Bought for mother, her eyesight isn’t as good as mine, so she loved it, plus the fact she cherishes the not as often as I should acts I do for her. But as mentioned in other comments the charm is not as clear looking as the picture. It must be a particularly well done example in the photo, because the one received wasn’t as great as expected. It is nice however.

Absolutely beautiful !! The bees and flowers are very crisp and clear, the bead comes in a suede pandora draw string bag inside a plastic clip pouch. It’s a present bought for my mother and she loves flowers and bees so was perfectly perfect :)
