The bit was a little loose making it a pain to install them, but they worked well on my snowblower.
The tool that comes with these tire studs is a little oversized for the size of the stud. This was kind of a pain in the butt as the stud would get stuck in the bit, I would unscrew the stud and have to use a pair of pliers to pull the stud out of the bit and then remove some rubber if it was wrapped around the stud. I would then try again re-screwing the stud in the same hole as I just made, and it would go in the second time. I had a lot of this where I had to make the hole, back off the stud with the bit, pull the stud out, reseat it in the bit and then screw it back in. I installed these on my snowblower tires, and they give the tires good bite on the icy driveway and lawn. Glad I have them in the tires but was a little bit of a pain installing them though.
